DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta postal service by courier to the door or to the post office in your city.
The cost of delivery is calculated by the Nova Poshta service based on the weight, volume of the parcel and the availability of additional paid services.
The order processing time is up to 3 working days. Forming and sending orders is carried out from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday
If your order was placed on a weekend or outside business hours, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Payment for goods on our website is available through the Fondy payment system (Bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDNO
If necessary, you can exchange or return the product purchased in the Bant atelier online store within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt.
Used goods cannot be exchanged or returned.
It is also possible to exchange and return the product if its product appearance, labels, control clip, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase of the specified product are preserved.
To return:
1. Fill out the application form for product exchange/return.
2. Put the product in the packaging in which you received it.
3. Put your filled-in return form and check on top
4. Attach a check or invoice form of the New Post for the purchased goods.
5. Send the parcel by the "Nova Poshta" service to the branch of NP 26 Kyiv
6. Contact us in the messenger (WhatsApp, Instagram) by specifying the order number and the TTN number to track the shipment.
7. After approval of the return, we will transfer the funds to your card or bank account within 10 banking days (for this, you must fill in the full details for the transfer of funds in the return application). Please note that the refund depends on the speed of transaction processing by your bank and may take up to 30 banking days.
The term for approval of exchange or return is up to 3 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned product.
